i would say about 20-25 couples or so at a swingers party at the host's home. the house was big but not that big so i would imagine more people if not due to lack of space.

It still is a strange experience, even though this is was the fourth for me, hundreds and hundreds of naked people, but there is a strange sense of solidarity in mass nudity. I still worry about where my clothes are after the 2017 burn where I lost them. As did many others, and my torch. This was a little disappointing for I have just connected on a spiritual level with a beautiful young man tripping away who had also lost his clothes. I have also posted an image of a impromptu naked drum circle that formed up after the 2018 burn, that lasted for some time. There were several naked burners at the dance party I attended at Funk Hut, in 2020 the night was actually cool, too cold for me to continue going naked. What I didn't know was that many of the naked group went to another dance party and remained naked all night, that was at Chur. That figures as Chur was the largest camp. Vaguely Problematic are nude LGBT friendly camp which came out of Zef (2019) and Zef America (2018).

I’ve been in a crowded locker room with 40-50 others before. I also went to the Orgy Dome at Burning Man last year which was fairly full at the time. Maybe 30+ others. That’s certainly the largest group that has seen me aroused

The first burn in 2004 attracted a mere 200 and was held at a intentional community, thereafter on a public reserve near Tokoroa. In 2014 Kiwiburn moved to a permanent site, and quickly became one of the most popular NZ festivals, attended by 2100 in 2020. Tickets sold out in minutes. 2021 has a limit of 2500. It has always been quite international, though the vast majority are from NZ. It will however be a little different in 2021 as border restrictions apply now.
