It was a collage of like 16 dicks with a quarter on each of them, all resized/scaled so they were all proportional to each other / actual size, referencing off the quarter, and ordered in a gradient in size ranking. It was a long time ago. Thanks.

I think the guys mentioned a bunch of times as being closest in here aren't really quarter people, nor was there anywhere near 16 of them. You're probably thinking of a different thread, but I don't even remember one like that on this site.
