Taron Egerton will star in "She Rides Shotgun", an adaptation of Jordan Harper's book, directed by Nick Rowland.

The film follows the story of Nate (Egerton), an ex-con who, after making some enemies, including the powerful criminal gang he worked for, while in prison, decides to start his life over. To do so, the main character cuts ties with his former work team when he is released from prison, but the criminals retaliate against his family.

Faced with the desperate situation, Nate runs away with her daughter Polly to keep her safe. While father and daughter try to stay under the radar, it's clear that their enemies are ruthless and won't give up easily.

During the journey, Nate teaches Polly how to survive and watches her transform from a shy 11-year-old into a force to be reckoned with. In turn, Nate learns what it means to love unconditionally as he lives with his daughter and fights for their future.

In addition to acting, Taron will be one of the executive producers.

This should be an interesting film. Hopefully there are some nude scenes in this one as well.
