Well, considering that there isn't one universe but several, like a multiverse, it's best to keep an open mind as we humans don't know much about what other races may look like.

Religion is a man-made system meant to control the masses, I would stay away from those so-called "holy" books and everything related to it.
Although not everything in it is made up, for example, we are currently in the "Rapture" which is basically the "End Times" mentioned in those books.
No need to worry as it doesn't mean the end of the world, just the awakening of humanity and the beginning of a new age. Souls known as Starseeds are here to help the process and make humanity realize the soul aspect of themselves and become spiritual.
