I can't stand the separate or dual pouch underwear. When I wear them for long periods of time, the "partition" between the pouch and the rest of the underwear digs in, so I only wear a more typical "jock" style pouch. They still give great support, but don't create such a harsh bulge. My absolute favorites are from WildmanT, specifically their Big Boy line, and Monster Cock line specifically for swimwear, but their stiff tends to be tailored to the well above average guys. Always worth a shot!
