Based on the reviews I'd guess you would need some muscular thighs to keep them on.Then there's the pouch size to consider. If you need as much room as many here do (me included), the pouch seems to be way undersized. Getting hard seems to be out of the question. I don't think the pouch has the shape to stay in place, much less contain the weight of a decent sized cock.

I expect it wasn't designed with either of us in mind. Just like virtually all underwear products out there.
I'm always up for a challenge. It's kind of fun....Sort of like the "Fat man in a little coat" joke.
I've tried, and failed, to fit in lots of micro underwear, though the images can be entertaining. Even 'normal' pouches seem to sag and fail to hold the weight.
