It's most common for men in competition to have their member either up and off to one side of the poser they wear, or be in an up position.
My favorites are the VERY obviously cut gentlemen who go all out, literally leaving nothing to the imagination with a bulge within the bulge. Paul Kreuger, who famously wore a very thin black thong when he burst onto the scene a couple of decades ago, only to re-appear in extremely thin posers almost 20 years later, still looking fabulous with those dreamy nipples on his giant tanned pecs.
The other I have no idea what his contest history is, but Hitchgrow is so pronounced, even the thickest of materials cannot hide his gorgeous large mushroom head. Ryan Calderon is an honorable mention.
