Oh I fully agree - 100%! In fact, I don’t really ‘belong’ in this thread since I don’t own any, but after commenting, I keep getting notifications.
But yeah, you’re absolutely right: superfluous, uncomfortable, unhealthy, etc. I’m in the fortunate circumstances that the vast majority of our friends don’t wear/own any either.
