I know that I manage to get erotic dreams by imagining the sex scenarios and the partners that I want to get in this dream just before sleeping by concentrating only on it.

I have found that I am more likely to have erotic or wet dreams if I wear cotton bikini briefs to bed. My theory is that when I am erect during the night while wearing those, I feel amazing.
