In the UK, transactions are not automatically reported to the government, and presumably you’re talking about a bank doing this. In the US that is likely the case but not in the UK. However, HMRC have a lot of power and can request info from a bank about your account activity with little justification.

No, I think the twitter is fake, the verified photos of those four accounts are fake and so are the convos.
