It's not. Taken by Paul Boulon I think. The original is darker - someone has lightened the shading to show the cock more clearly which is why it looks more like a fake.

Yeah I looked at his pay site once or twice. It's crazy. He posts 90's style photos of models, and describes them in very derogatory demeaning ways.
