I do wonder what the psychological effects of exposing every inch of your naked body starting the day of your 18th birthday will be. Will he regret it later on?
Age has a lot to do with it I feel. When these guys get older - to keep up with the younger ones they often turn to surgeries, implants, etc. It’s a scary road I don’t think people should make OF their primary income if they plan to enjoy life when they hit 60 years old. OF is something you have to maintain. Hopefully they are using their OF income and investing it wisely.

i think it varies greatly from person to person. Some people won’t be bothered by it all and some people will come to regret it. That said, OnlyFans, sending nudes, etc is such a widespread thing now, and the discourse around it has shifted it a lot. It doesn’t carry the stigma it once did, and it will likely only lessen in the future. I’m not too concerned about the side effects of it for most people. It can be a great way to finance your dreams and get yourself set up for the next stage of your life if you’re smart about it.

Honestly, this isn't the 80s or even the 90s. Porn has taken a major turn away from stigma since the internet. Now, people are aware that old celebrities from the 50s and on have done early 'porn' shoots. It's normal to see nude celebs. Porn is no longer something you go to a dark back room for, but just pick up your phone. Onlyfans is a multi billion dollar industry, and not just for its ceo, but for its performers. Anyone claiming that someone with an onlyfans could 'never get work' or will have 'major issues' isn't paying attention to the reality of now.

Josh lives in the middle of nowhere in a small town. (I don't know where, just gleaned it from his posts) I imagine none of the people around him would give a rat's tail about it, because he's probably already richer than 80% of his neighbors

Just depends on ur perspective tbh but its the way I see it. Like idc if ur a porn star or do sex work or anything like that just realize once ur in it, its kinda hard to get away from it. I see ur point tho.

I think that held true 15 or 20 years ago when porn stars 'belonged' to their studio and those studios worked together to keep it that way. Studios now are sites, and most stars are basically contracted, but not in the same ways.

Watching others that speak about it now, it's easy to keep it separated if one needs, but it's also much more controlled by the actor.

Onlyfans is literally not even like that. It's 100% controlled by them. Josh decides everything he does, and the only pressure is to keep the people paying. As you know, he's pretty into the things it buys him. If he invents and uses it to buy a future, he can leave it any time

I wasn't calling you out specifically, but I don't think Josh isn't going to have any issues. He worked hard to make his body desirable and enjoys being desired. He's enjoying this right now and probably will for years

the thing with OnlyFans now is that it’s easy for people to fall into the social media trap of always wanting to increase their numbers even when that wasn’t necessarily their goal to begin with. Bit of a tangent, as I’m not suggesting this necessarily applies to Josh. But people do OF for many different reasons, not everyone wants to become a porn star. Others just want to supplement their income or meet certain financial goals, etc. But the gamification of it makes it easy to get caught up in the circus of it all.

It's easy to say having an OF is no big deal now, the stigma is gone and no one will care... and it's true that that kind of thing is a lot more accepted now than it was before. But the stigma is still there and it can still be a problem for certain folks. You're living in a bubble if you don't think so. Get on Google and look up how many teachers have been fired recently for having an OF site that someone discovered. The stigma is still there for a lot of communities.

You're talking about specific jobs that involve quite a bit more sensitive issues. Working at Wendy's, an insurance agency, investment firm, etc., normal jobs wouldn't be affected.

It's not about being in a bubble, it's about realizing that for 90% of them it will never matter.

The only place the stigma still exists is in places that still stigmatize us as well.

Josh will be fine for sure. He's not trying to be a teacher or work in government, he wants to wrestle for the wwe and his family know what he does to buy them everything

I'm not sure why you're debating me, when you just reiterated exactly what I said.

Its a lot more acceptable now, but it's still a problem for certain jobs was my point. And then you essentially repeated that in your own words.

Your tone seemed to imply it was something all porn stars had to worry about. If I misunderstood then I apologize

“Certain folks” is a huge qualifier. And nobody is denying that it can be an issue or certain career paths, yes.

Did he delete a bunch of his videos on OF? I was gonna resub but it shows he only has 4 vids and I swear there were way more before

All of his old content was deleted, and he handed his account over to a manager. It's now just teases and begging you to buy expensive PPV.
