I love my foreskin to and it's pulled back 99% of the time, so yes always have the foreskin back when peeing.

Always pull back enough to get a "clear" shot if not to full retraction.

I do both. Sometime I roll it back, sometimes leave it. There are some good sensations on the back side of the foreskin by the line that goes up the back side of the penis and into the foreskin to the frenulum. when I pee with the foreskin, it actually is rather a good tingling feeling. Then I roll it back to shake it all out and then I am good to go.

Always pull back to pee - have a longer , loose foreskin , helps with the aim , no urine trapped in the skin to drip out and leave a wet spot on pants . A soon as I let go it returns over the head
