This pic was studied intensively, especially the tatoo near his hip (not to mention another part of his body). The overall conclusion is that it could very well be him. Do a web search. There was quite a bit of discussion you'll enjoy.

Yeah, a lot of aspects of the body match, the tattoo matches, it doesn't appear to be altered (though I'm not an expert). If it's not real, it's a very convincing fake.

First thing I did was zoom right in on the tattoo and it does look a like it could have been photoshopped and the pixels have a strange blur. It's not clear enough to be sure though.
