Ok, so this is a lengthly post from a subreddit user and his review of the recent popular Pighaus (sex party) events that have been popping up all over the country as of late. This party took place in NYC and he was VERY detailed in his observations so it really led me to think that the parties are obviously duds... I did leave a reply to his post as he did specifically discuss in the post black individuals at the event. Thoughts??? Feelings???
NOTE: I do not know the reviewer's ethnicity nor race.

"What is Pighaus?
Mysterious gay bareback party in NYC. Held on random days in random places. The locations are secret. No weekly schedule or venue. They release schedules for the season and then send invites. To get on the invite list you send them all your info and pics. They probably screen you for body type and vibe? It's all bareback, no condoms allowed.
Pighaus is supposed to be "different" and more exclusive than other sex parties. It's supposed to be wilder. They basically have 3 types of parties: The bathhouse one held in a secret bathhouse space open to anyone on the invite list, the sperm bank which is their version of the horse market party where bottoms get blindfolded and tops can f*ck whoever they want anonymously, but you have to apply and be accepted as a t0p or b0ttom, and then regular sex parties sometimes with different crazy themes like anonymous/completely hooded that anybody on the list can attend. They also have one big party every year called breedfest where you have to apply to be accepted even if you're on their list. Their parties are supposedly strictly about sex, so talking in the sex area is "banned." They also give you glow sticks where each color represents t0p, b0ttom, or verse, so you don't have to talk to know what people want. They also invite a bunch of OnlyFans and porn stars to show up (probably pay them). So there's always at least 20 popular sex workers and onlyfans guys there.
Pighaus tickets are expensive because it's supposed to be wild and exclusive. They usually charge about $70+ for their regular parties, but it varies based on the venue. Most are like $100+.
Is it worth it?
I been eyeing pighaus for a bit on twitter. I finally decide to go to one of their regular parties. I've been to other parties like GBU and SCUM, pretty much tried them all, so I'm thinking Pighaus is going to be bigger and better. My biggest issue with other parties is too many vanilla guys just standing around and posing or get really picky or only want one specific type. You get that circuit party crowd that are just jaded and mechanical. I was hoping Pighaus would be balls to walls raw, unabashed sweaty nonstop sex since they ban talking and their promos emphasize nasty, sleazy raw sex. Their emails for the party kept emphasizing "piggy" and "the musk" just to give an idea of the vibe they're trying to sell.
The night I went was supposed to be 2 parties back to back. One was a regular sex party and the second was supposed to be completely anonymous, hooded and dark. Separately they were about $70 each but if you got a combined ticket it was $99. They also made us pay $40 at the door for 3 drink tickets at the bar (which they told us about ahead of time). So I paid $140 for this party.
Basically the party didn't live up to the hype and wasn't worth it at all. I got there and it's basically the GBU party. The exact same vibe and the exact same crowd, but like 3 times the price, lol. A lot of guys there I've seen at GBU and other parties. The age range was the same too, 20s and 30s. Not a lot of older guys but a few. That was disappointing because guys in their 30s and 40s tend to be less inhibited and finicky, in my humble opinion. They tend not to be as picky, cliquey and showboaty as the younger circuit/GBU crowd. I think more hot guys in their 30s, 40s, even some 50s would have made it more fun.
The party was in an undisclosed location in Brooklyn, basically a club, with a huge dance lounge area they set up with couches and slings. There was a lot of smoke from smoke machines that you could hardly see sometimes. There had to be almost 200 people total who showed up (because I was #100 something when I showed up), but maybe about 75 there at once at any given time. There was a really good mix of tops, bottoms and vers. In theory everybody should have had someone to to bang at all times, but there were way too many hot bottoms not getting f*cked and way too many tops just standing and walking around. Don't get me wrong, there was f*cking but there was also way too much standing and posing and being finicky. Really hot bottoms everywhere just being ignored by all the tops and verse walking around. Mind you this party was a 2 part party where the second part was supposed to be completely dark and anonymous so I'm thinking guys would have less barriers and not be as picky if it's dark and hooded. By "picky" I mean some guys clearly had one specific type they were looking for. But it wasn't the uninhibited sleazy fuckfest I had in mind. It's just cruising and if you don't find what you like you just stand there or keep walking around.
Attendees were mostly white and Latino, some Asian and a few black guys. Almost all the black guys were tops. Not a good party if you're a black b0ttom. The one or two black bottoms I saw looked like they were struggling. There was a couch with bottoms lined up with asses in the air and a couple guys f*ck all of them except skipped over the black bottoms, even the black tops were doing this which was sad. Like other parties there were a handful of tops and bottoms who got a lot of back to back action. Everyone else was just kind of standing or wandering around or waiting to be approached. Eventually you'd find someone do your thing and go back to standing around.
The second part of the party, which cost the same as the first part if you bought the ticket separately, was a bust. First of all they made us buy a ticket and didn't even check them. When it was time to start the next party, they just turned down the lights, turned up the smoke machine and handed out the masks. About half didn't even wear them. Most of the guys were the same guys from before so we all knew who each other were anyway. And the anon vibe didn't really change the picky vibe or the energy level. It was the opposite. About an hour in, the party started to die down. Not a lot of new guys showed up. It was supposed to be from 2-5, but by 3:30 the party was basically over. They didn't care about who actually bought the ticket. I could have gotten one ticket and stayed the whole night.
There were also a bunch of other sloppy management things that happened that could be more the venue than Pighaus, but really made the price seem not worth the drama. The first party is already short, like 4 hours, but we had to wait almost 40 minutes in line in the cold because they were only letting 5 people check in at a time and the check in girls (yeah the check and bar was staffed by women) were really slow. The line was slow because they had no idea how many people were lined up outside and were taking their time, and they kept collecting the money for the $40 drink minimum, which should have just been included in the ticket!
For a $140 all night sex party you'd think they'd have a basic necessities like free tap water in a cup, but they would not give out cups of water. You had to use one of the 3 drink tickets for one bottle. So one bottle of water was the same as a drink. If you paid cash it was $5. Kind of rude in my opinion. A cup of water for simple hydration at a sex party is just like a basic courtesy. Even GBU and SCUM have free water and GBU has free alcohol included in the ticket! I asked for a cup of water because I needed to take medication and just needed a swallow, but they said I had to use a whole drink ticket for Poland Spring lol. They had lube but didn't tell us where it was. You had to find it in all the smoke. They had bathrooms but no "wipe stations" like advertised, and no mouthwash. Again, GBU and SCUM have all this inclusive.
They make you pick your position glowstick when you sign up but that didn't matter for this party. The check in ladies asked you at the door and gave you whatever you asked for so they ended up running out of b0ttom glow lights by the end of the night and just gave out wrist bands instead which didn't work well especially in the "anonymous" part.
As for the no talking rule. Not enforced or respected at all, at all. Guys who came in groups still huddled up in their circles and would have loud conversations and drinks all over the space. Just guys chit chatting everywhere instead of f*cking, kind of killing the mood and defeating the purpose. I sort don't blame them because the official social area was freezing.
As for the OnlyFans guys, they blended in with everyone else. If you didn't know exactly who they were you wouldn't notice. None of them really stood out or looked like their photoshopped content. They look more real in person. Most I could recognize were there for a couple hours before they disappeared. I recognized a few when I got there but stopped seeing them about 2 hours later.
The party ended way too early. Was supposed to go up to 5, but was by 3:30. Even at 3 it was like half the amount that was there at 2.
Nothing wrong with a lot of this stuff but, what's the point of the upcharge? This party was just like any other one that's $30, probably worse in some points of view. It wasn't bigger, better, wilder, more sexual or piggy than anything you can pay $30 for at GBU or SCUM. I've seen wilder things for FREE in the Rambles than this. Plus you had to pay for alcohol and water. As for me, I got about the same fill as I would have had I gone to any other party. It was no different. Guess it's all in the marketing. T I can't think of one single thing that made this party any better than any of the other ones. Same energy, same vibe, same people. Not worth $140!! They definitely try to make it work with things like the no talking rule, glow sticks, piggy theme and other gimmicks, but they aren't attracting the right people who respect that. It's too many younger circuit party boys who bring a conflicting vibe, in my opinion. The party i went to wasn't really the raunchy pig crowd.
I can't speak to their bathhouse and sperm bank parties. Maybe those are better (doubt it), but I wouldn't pay more than $40 to go to their regular ones. Go to one of the other parties in the city. It's the exact same thing."
Ok so in regards to the black bottoms, that seems weird to me that they have specifications about look and age - well not weird but, different. What's WEIRD is that based on those specs, it seems like everybody there would fit the basic criterias so it's pretty sad that black bottoms were ignored.
Because I have been in sex clubs and seen guys of a certain weight ready and willing in slings but everybody ignores them. But I'm imagining this party had a weight limit to even be invited.

Eh, I am not surprised regarding the weight, age etc... Here in DC, there's like 3 ongoing sex parties held weekly and they all have a night with weight restrictions and then a night for everyone. As far as age its no surprise most bathhouses let men between the ages of 18-24 in for free. Just the way things have been...
I will note regarding the black bottoms, I attended The Slammer in LA years ago (On a Sunday which is its busiest day mind you) and jumped up in the sling and I was passed on by a considerable amount of guys and I am in pretty good shape with a nice ass and fairly good looking. So I would be partial to agreeing that most men would be akin to me if I were topping. Allowing society, porn, patriarchy and the gay community in general pigeonhole us to a standard that is just not realistic and stupid.

i've only ever been to baths and sex clubs and i've never seen any kind of restriction based on physical attributes. they even have themed nights but it's not like you get kicked out if you don't have the appropriate gear.
that's actually pretty awful.

The parties I am referring to are not actual established companies per se... Usually someone's home or a rented venue similar to the Pighaus parties. I've attached an example of a weekly flyer I receive. There are many events similar to this all over.

"phyne sexy fit body" super descriptive lol!!!
I HAVE seen things like this in the past, never gone though
follow up question ... you said "usually someone's home" - so like, a random person posts ads like this or? I'm trying to figure out why someone would pay to go to something like this instead of just going to a sex club? idk it just seems sketchy to me.

Yes, someone's home or they/them may rent a venue or hotel suite. These types of events usually are niche. Again, the Pighaus event is catering to muscled/twinky whites indirectly. Most bathhouses still in existence primarily cater to whites (at least all the ones I've been to) and they're terribly garbage. The aforementioned party I sent is thrown by a group of individuals 2-3 times weekly that caters primarily to black/brown men and they usually have body requirements on one of the nights.

My thing is you can't please everyone and lets be honest about what gets our dicks hard. Most people in the US are overweight. When I used to go to the Zone in Los Angeles, I kid you not, troves of very older men would follow me around like bees to honey. They would also allow transgendered and crossdressers into the establishment. Now I am in no way attempting to marginalize or disrespect these sects of individuals but just because we all may fall under the LGBTQIA umbrella does not mean we all have to be inclusive of being sexually attracted to each other.

For this reason, there are apps, places, websites, and growing branches of communities where everyone can find their kink/niche community specifically so that no one feels left out. Again, the men who put those parties on in DC do let all shapes and sizes come on 2 of the 3 nights they are hosting, but they are also aware that "fit" guys wanna be around similar builds and are "trying" accommodate everyone.

Just feels so wrong nobody was paying those willing black bottoms any attention! They were putting themselves out there and everybody passing up that good bottom boy need! I would have been all over that and had myself a fuck till you drop night ! To paraphrase Zorba the Greek : there is one sin god will not forgive and that is when a horny bottom calls you to his bed and you will not go!
Ooh, you nasty... I like it.

1 other question for u...
how do guys normally find out about these things?
I recall seeing party listings on a4a and bbrt - other than that, how does it work?

I get them through apps and from personal invites through people I know personally. The ones I go to are usually exclusive to black men. I personally know a guy who throws them regularly here in Houston and he said he doesn't advertise publicly because he doesn't want a certain vibe that doesn't align with the type of black guys who he invite. He said there would be too many white guys only looking to bottom and it feeds into those fetish vibes that he also despises.

You usually find them on the "ads section" on sites like A4A and Glowr. Once you contact them, they'll add you to a text/chat list. Like Kik. You can even find them on meetup.

ALRIGHT! I have a question for y'all
(btw, i was blocked from this thread for like a week smh)

can y'all please go back in time for me to about 2008.
I personally was too shy to go into Porn shops to buy porn and by 2008 everything was online anyway... but I guess the first question is did any of you regularly go to Porn shops to buy/browse porn around that time?

second... I'm just curious if it was hard to find black content? and I'll tell you why I'm asking.
I told you all that I want to write a book/graphic novel about porn and in this project the main character works at a porn place in preparation for becoming a porn star. So he looks at all the mainstream stuff but also tries to consume as much black/urban porn as possible.

so was that stuff hard to find in a physical form? I'm imagining it was mostly Bobby Blake super muscled guys that were featured the most in those stores. But stuff like Latino Fan Club and Chocolate Cream and Lamancha - I had all of those videos via bootlegged dvd's lol.

I hope this isn't too confusing... I'm doing 3 things at one time literally right now. But if y'all need any clarification on any of my questions don't hesitate to reply here.

I would go to the porn store. However, that was to gossip with the sales girl and laugh at the toys. Sometimes I would pick up lube, condoms and some compilation porn. When living with my parent. I would order my porn through the mail. Black porn was hard to find. Especially the vintage stuff. I still order my porn through the mail or I do downloads.

thanks for replying.
this was pretty much how I would get porn back than, ordering online.
and whenever I went into a porn place, I was always too self-conscious and full of shame that I didn't really take time to PERUSE the video selections. that's why I'm asking this.

ok we gotta talk about this...
https://twitter.com/TroyMeaz/status/1663368375270092800 (it's not letting me attach the video)

so this clip went viral (?) and the comments are just so irritating to me.
I don't know how to explain it, just watch the video and come back here...

so yeah this guy is saying all this DOM sh*t and I'M not personally turned on by it, but I feel like A LOT of the comments are very hypocritical to how gays tend to operate.

1. the only reason there is a negative response is because the dude is not that attractive. I feel like if he was somebody the gays deem attractive... the replies would be more like "yasss daddy" "dominate me".. because I've seen those types of comments before (and literally ON lpsg)

2. I also think that if the interviewer was black or just non-white, the response wouldn't be so negative against the black guy. (also the fact that he's a dark skinned black guy)

3. The sad part - the black guy is probably like late 40's I'd assume (possibly mid-50's who knows) but the sad part is... some black guys are CONDITIONED to talk like that because in a lot of ways that's all white guys want from black dudes. ESPECIALLY around the time he was younger.

4. also, WHY do people constantly use "he only likes white guys" or "he's a bottom" as like a dagger?

Anyway those are my thoughts. and I honestly can't get away from this video... everytime I go to twitter somebody else retweets it with some negative, regressive, low vibrational comment. and again. I'm not turned on by what he said. I personally think he was in the clouds if you know what I mean. But just imagine if somebody like Rhyheim Shabazz or idk who else y'all like... but if it was somebody that was favored by the gays, it wouldn't be an issue. Now people are basically calling this man a r*pist.

Anybody have any thoughts/opinions?

I can see your point on this. While at the same time. The way this dude came at this guy was gross. It's one of the main reasons I've stopped going on "the apps" is because of things like this. There's nothing wrong with begin confident. However, when you're trying to push yourself on someone. That's when there's a problem.

I can see your point on this. While at the same time. The way this dude came at this guy was gross. It's one of the main reasons I've stopped going on "the apps" is because of things like this. There's nothing wrong with begin confident. However, when you're trying to push yourself on someone. That's when there's a problem.
I don't know that he was trying to "push himself" on that boy. He went in for a kiss, the guy said no and he stopped.
The reactions have been exaggerated and again, I think it's because of how the guy looks and what the interviewer is. But I appreciate you leaving your opinion on this. I was really curious what other people thought.

No problem. I just thought it was a bit much. There's a big difference between begin cocky and confident.
