Well, I had previously written that I had not had an erection during an exam until a few months ago. But, now that is outdated, because it happened yesterday, even though ( technically) it wasn't an examination. I had been experiencing testicular pain on and off for a few years. I went to a urologist to discuss options in dealing with the pain. Because of the pandemic and subsequent flu seasons, he was wearing a mask. We decided I would try a spermatic cord block in which a steroid was injected directly into the spermatic cord. The appt was scheduled and I went to the office yesterday. The nurse told me to undress from the waist down and put a sheet over me. I did and waited for the dr. He came in without a mask and was very attractive. He removed the sheet and told me to lie back. He was standing on my left, took the needle and placed it just near my penis on the left side, going into the vicinity of the cord. He injected the steroid and put the needle down, when he remembered that putting pressure on the injection site would help with preventing a bruise mark. So, he took a gauze pad and placed it on the injection site. However, since the pads were on the other side, he had to get the pad and put the gauze down on the right side with his hand resting directly on my penis. Although it was for less than a minute, the combination of his warm hand and his good looks made me start to get an erection. Fortunately, I was not at full, but, when he looked directly at the injection site to make sure it was okay, it was triggered, and I went to full erection. I blushed, but he assured me that it was an indication that I was healthy. He left the room and I got dressed. But, before I put on my underpants, I looked at myself in the mirror and was a bit shocked at how firm the erection was. I've thought about it all day and just laughed. Now that he's seen the whole thing, nothing that happens during a subsequent appointment will make me embarrassed.
