Yes both are like bath houses. Kuma is lockers only and smaller. It's more of a "European" style than what you think of for a typical bath house. Neither are walkable near the strip. From the Fruit Loop, Kuma is accessible via walking. Neither are a far Taxi or Uber ride.

Almost went to Mandalay Bay last week. $75 for guests. Non-guest could enter the spa if you paid $100 or more for a treatment. I had a car though and parking was $40. I like the theaters and arcades also, somehow the seediness . Have only hit a few, one near the new Hilton Resort World wasn’t bad, but it was a while ago.
