Why Can't I Dm Anyone Or Anyone Dm Me?

I think You need to be on here TWO days or 5 posts before You are able to P/M!!

Right this SUCKS... I've got all my privacy settings at the default and it says "Members only" under people who can message me so i don't know what i'm doing wrong
