This handsome model is Norman Moore, featured in earlier posts. There are versions of this photo with Bob Mizer's secret codes. ("Mizer's codes tell us that Norman liked women but would allow men to suck him for money.") I'm not sure whether your version was photoshopped to add a penis or if it's an unlikely authentic "scratch-away" version. Either way, Norman was stunningly handsome.
