Everyone goes naked in the steam room (except for a towel to sit on or wrap around their waist) and completely naked in the hot tub in the Men's Plus locker room at my Y, but I'm in Canada not the U.S.

Same here. Naked in the sauna and hot tub. Nobody has said anything.

I spoke too soon. There was a guy today in the gym that was on his phone in the hot tub for a while. After working out I sat in the sauna for about 20 minutes. I usually hit the hot tub after the sauna, so I took a quick shower to rinse off the sauna funk/sweat and got in the hot tub. The guy couldn't get out of the hot tub fast enough. Not sure if it was because I was naked or black? Or both? He didn't say anything , just got out like the water was boiling, and I got to enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub. The hot tub could seat about 8 people comfortably so I am not sure what the problem was.
