Of course most do. Actors have egos and if they can “show off” they will even when it’s not natural. And so many times many have the chance to do a nude scene and they use a prosthetic or a double. Look at all the old videos of 70s and 80s rock stars. There’s no way all of them had dicks that big all the time.
Even many “normal” guys buy underwear that enhances or down right lies about what they have going on. It would be naive for us to think all these bulges are real all the time. But for some L, I guess, they want to live in fantasy land.
That said, it still doesn’t mean “stuffers” are any less attractive. At least sometimes.
