There are many different reasons why circumcision is performed or why it is medically indicated.I don't know why nobody mentioned it again or tried it but I was able to download from this quoted site via the Internet Download Manager. I guess they only let you watch one video for free but I just closed the video after a second with it already being downloaded.

Btw. did anybody ever find out why he is circumcised as a Russian? is he half American or so?
Conjectures:
- he could be of Jewish faith
- he could have had a narrowing of the foreskin, or another medical impairment
- perhaps his parents simply felt it more hygienic, more aesthetic
If you need more information on this, see what you can find on the internet... mere regional affiliation is a poor indicator to conclude the reasons of his circumcision.
Ultimately, it does not matter, it can not be changed and a horny guy he is always whether with or without foreskin.
