That still doesn’t seem right

Some people, when getting warnings, were being petulant & abusing the Report function and taking time from the Mods/Admins doing their actual job so this had to be added. People misbehaving made this necessary unfortunately. As Simon said, you can still message a Mod/Admin to report something if need be until your lock-out ends.

Can we please get the thumbs down button with counts of thumbs downs on each post? It's a way to quietly and anonymously vent disapproval without without mean and nasty behaviour. It could help with quantity control and quality control of content.
not happening. i remember a mod mentioning some time ago(i think it was when the like button got reactions added to it) that there used to be a dislike button type of thing, but they axed it because it spread too much negativity. same reason why the alternative reactions are only positive ones, there's no reaction for anything deemed negative.
same applies with emojis. there's some emojis that aren't "allowed" and so if you're on your phone and put that emoji on your post, it won't show up once you post

"Performers?"

So like I discussed on email recently that I never got proper replies on, this issue is not as black-and-white as you all seem to simplistically think it is. How do you define "bullying" exactly for instance? Is it when you reply in self-defense to an UNPROVOKED bullying email cloaked in fake "politeness" by calling them out on their bullshit, hypocrisy and disrespect? There are some noobs here who act like they own the site and bully others into abiding by "their rules" through careful wordiing that avoids language that would technically not be considered bullying but are clearly intended to offend and bully others into submission, knowing full well that others would react honestly like any normal human being who is subjected to being degraded/humiliated publicly and that is to then use language that would be ironically considered "bullying" by the trigger-happy moderators who may have genuine frustration over the real aggressors and would just dismiss the case as just another "garden variety" offense without reading the full exchange and investigation of the conflict history that may span several threads over a long period of time? (Of course, I understand who wants to do that?! I wouldn't either. Lol)

But aren't passive-aggressive "signatures" or "instructions" to just post porn, click "like" and not to bother with (God forbid it just uses up an inch of digital space!) the simple yet gracious act of saying "THANK YOU" (you're not only NOT supposed to discuss on this discussion forum anymore, you're not to even "waste" precious bytes on expressions of gratitude on people whose generosity you came here solely for, wow!!! WTF are these "people?!" Absolute porn ad-dicks who can't afford it so they feel entitled to be given it for free?) that actually encourages a genuinely friendly and respectful community that makes sure generous members and contributors (of ideas and information also, not just porn) feel appreciated and not disrespected, which would then encourage others in a chain reaction to share instead of constantly being in fear if they might get banned and punished for their good deeds or even (gasp!) defending themselves or their opinions. Happier community, less hot heads, less fights, less micro-managing and policing! See?

When you've just been discussing the topic at hand using proper sentence and paragraph structures and punctuation (remember those ancient days?!) in the mature and civil manner with others in the thread but, because these noobs came here for the obvious sole purpose of just collecting porn for free and not to discuss and exchange information and opinions at all on a MESSAGEBOARD/DISCUSSION FORUM that was originally created for that main purpose, they somehow thought anything longer than "any nude pics or video clips on him?" or "Bump" if you're not posting copyrighted or even private material, you're OFF-TOPIC or actually in violation of the "unspoken rules" they have in mind. So they then feel "entitled" to order you around to move the discussion to PM? [Put yourself in my shoes for a minute and imagine you were discussing the day's topic in class with some classmates calmly and enthusiastically and then this new transferee came in LATE and proceeded to "nicely & politely" ask you all to STFU because he needed to cram for an exam for another class that day. So you exclaimed "WTF!" and then he doubles, triples, quadruples down on it. The teacher then AGREES WITH HIM and suspends you or the whole class just to add more WTFs and insult to wounds.] This is an act that is just as bad if not actually worse than cursing someone out in terms of the utter DISRESPECT for the equal rights of everyone to express themselves and their views. At least the cursers are honest, sincere and aren't disguising their disdain and real intent and they're not denying your own right to curse back or even just speak freely. This form of bullying is worse because it has the intention of DECEIT on top of the main offense not only on its main object of attack but mainly on the managers of the site whom they are actually USING by clever manipulation to then do their bidding for them. You are being controlled but you feel like you're just doing your jobs and the actual agrieved party is "the enemy." It's like a spit in everyone's drinks instead of in their faces. So then you pat yourselves and each other on the back for keeping the community "friendly" and fearful, but none the wiser in seeing the root causes and how rigid rules that do not consider the FULL CONTEXT and NUANCE of the issues and the REAL INTENTIONS of those involved behind their superficial words and actions only manage to create and maintain the APPEARANCE of peace and order while ironically disregarding the very purpose of real peace and order, which is not to foment resentment and fake "politeness" instead of engendering REAL RESPECT FOR EACH OTHER AND THEIR RIGHTS among the community members.

Let's be clear here, Mr. LPSG. With all due respect, those violations you cited are no-brainer, obvious ones that no one sane and rational would disagree with should not be acceptable in any community, so much so that they should go almost without stating. But for most real situations, stuff committed are nowhere near as bad or clear-cut like I just illustrated. At least as far as I am concerned.

This is, of course, apart from the heated arguments that are simply UNAVOIDABLE in any discussion forum and really aren't as much of a big deal as simply scrolling past them when they don't concern or interest you. Show me a "democratic" forum or system where everyone just agreed in perfect harmony and I'll show you that it's actually China or even North Korea, which would only be okay if you're into propaganda and not into providing freedom for the citizens. The bitching about bitching about bitching is actually not only unhelpful, hypocritical, tone-deaf and funny, they're also adding fuel to the fire that they claim to hate ever so dramatically because they believe in their "perfection" as if they lived in North Korea themselves and really believed it was paradise when they were just involved in some fight over dumb stuff recently. But there, they can add another pat on their own back, if that makes them feel better for a minute.
i don’t think anybody actually read that all the way through

Hi @LPSG Content Support ! Is calling someone a tool or a piece of crap ok with your community guideline?
Please see the first post of this thread.

There are plenty of ways to flex without deigning to the use of derogatory epithets.

We run on reports for this, so it also depends on what the person you're replying to or what the others who follow the thread will tolerate.

All that to say, if it gets reported, we'll have to review against what we've laid out here.

Got it. In such matters, would it be possible to give feedback if the mods think it should not be taken out? Based on what you just explained?

Thanks!

There is always room for an explanation or a rebuttal in the DM you get when we issue a warning or remove a post. Note that not all report removals get a specific notice if they are removed as part of a reply chain (usually if things go off the rails there is one warning per offender, not the whole bandwagon).

Please remember to be polite to the moderators if this happens and hear them out. It's really easy to fly off the handle, especially for posts where someone is already fired up, but our team are volunteers who care about the site, and we have a zero tolerance policy for abuse toward them.

I do think that acting swiftly to remove offensive posts is, on the whole, a positive move.

I would like to ask lpsg what are we supposed to do with persistent bullshitters? By this, I mean people (the same few offenders each time!) who “contribute” to a discussion thread about real-life experiences, but who completely ruin the energy of the thread by posting their “versions” of real-life experiences in the following way - by offering us one (maybe two, if we’re lucky!) sentence/s, like the examples given below:

“…coach made us all strip and he picked me coz I was the biggest…”

“…stripped at a hen party last night. Hands everywhere…”

“…coach pulled at my speedo and ripped it. Everyone got to see my junk…”

Ad nausium…!

Their default is to give the bare minimum of information about their “experience”, and when asked to expand they come back with even less, or ignore it completely.

There are some fantastic contributors to this site, sharing some of their most erotic experiences with us all, and it’s difficult not to get peeved when some FOMO addict steams in with their pile of stinking sh*te that just stops a thread in it’s tracks.

I (and other members) have called people out on this and (because they know how the system works here) I suspect that they instantly complain of being bullied, so that our posts, challenging their honestly, get removed.

In a real conversation you would call someone out for being dishonest, wouldn’t you?

I completely agree with you and to add to what you're saying you also have people on here who are confident in their views/opinions but once challenged on those views get upset and claim they're being bullied when that's not the case. As humans we can agree to disagree without feeling like a victim all the time. And as you said in real life someone says something that's off key they get called out for it

I totally agree. Some folks come on here and say intentionally rude or catty stuff or something completely delusional/unrealistic and if someone merely disagrees with their opinion you are immediately accused of trying to "silence them" or some other dumb crap. It's ridiculous. It's a forum and sometimes people are going to disagree/argue with you.

Someone having a different point of view or even thinking your opinion is wrong/bad doesn't mean anyone wants to SILENCE you. Calm down the victim complex please

If people are clearly baiting trying to get a reaction, don't give them one. Use the ignore feature and forget they exist.
yeah you're right but at the same time they shouldn't be allowed to cause problems everywhere they go while they people that defends keep getting punished with warnings

I've had people write and say, 'you're annoying. Will you just go away and stop posting' for giving my opinion. I don't think that was cool.

I have had similar remarks made to me too, I still think that's allowed and perfectly fine. Only the mods can actually silence/censor you. Someone "calling you out" or telling you to "be quiet" is just words at the end of the day, either scroll past it and ignore them or argue your points if you must. (or block them)

Users are not gonna like the things you say sometimes, as long as they are not insulting you or breaking the rules, it's valid I'm afraid.

And you should ignore those people so they cannot message you and/or report them. People aren't always going to be nice, especially on an internet forum. Need to learn how to deal with it when it happens.

Sadly, that is the nature of the internet. Every online community battles with this.

No disrespect but you guys as the mods need to do better then. You guys should look into the reports you receive with more thoroughly to figure wheather it's a genuine report or not.

Too many people on here abuse the report button and without a second thought you guys just issue out warnings without seeing if it's a legit problem or if the person reporting is actually the causing the issues in the threads
