What exactly is a mandingo? Does it apply only to black cocks or are all penises refered to as a mandingo. I've been hearing talk about it lately and no one seems to say the samething.

it's either the tribes that used to live in the niger valley in africa, or the languages spoken by the same, depending on the context. it's sometimes used as a derogatory term for anyone from west africa.
