It's 99% likely a fake account. As someone who lives in the location mentioned. Have seen countless profiles over the years using pictures of people from Instagram.
Most of them used the old scam I haven't seen in years. Where they pretend to be that said person, then say they want to meet up, but send you a link to a website asking you to fill in your credit card details to prove you are not a "bad person". I'm sure plenty of gullible people thinking with their dicks fell for that one. Not sure what scam methods are common these days.
But also likely it is just a catfish, someone trying to use a famous persons identity to score nudes off others. I wouldn't get too excited. Normally I just check said persons insta story and see they are in another country on the other side of the world.
Or bots. Have seen a few popular porn stars or only fans creators flood grindr with profiles popping up in every city in the world. Could be bots. Or OF creators using some program to bot their way around Grindr and try grow their views, which is annoying.
