Without weights, I'm very very far from lineok....
I've been stretching for years and gained absolutly nothing without the stretcher. My balls are the same as when I was younger.
But, with the stretcher, I gained a lot of elasticity. I'm now able to put more and more stretcher and wieghts to have the balls to the knees. And I think I will go further. I'm sad it has no effect on the non stretched balls...
