I don't think it technically falls under those categories, but if he has an aggressive lawyer I'm sure he could scare them into removing it lol.

Should also add that the account seems to be run by a manager, so it's not clear if he even knows they've done that.

is kaylor lying about being a sartorius? yes. but he is jacob's brother. so he's not lying about being related to jacob. he's mooching off jacob's fame. but there's no legal action jacob can take to stop it. if he becomes aware, he can tell his brother to stop using his name to get people's attention.
but not much else he can do unless kaylor starts saying shit that's actual defamation/libel. just using jacob's name for clout isn't enough for legal action
