Stu is never coming back. People have been swearing up and down it will happen for 20 years. It didn't happen in 3. It is never happening. They confirmed he was dead onscreen in one of the last two films, then made a joke about the truthers. Anyway, Jack's character is super dead.

Stu is never coming back NOW but it was a real concept for Scream 3. It was the original story planned for Scream 3 and then that story changed. Kevin Williamson used some of the concepts to make his TV show, The Following.

I am aware of that. My point was it is never going to happen for the same reason Jack's character is not coming back.
