Is there any widely available lotion/cream that will help with lack of sensitivity?

I recently became sexually active again and have been having regular sex with my new gf. The first few days I used some Cialis but for the past week or so I didn't take any.

I'm able to get hard but my erection doesn't last long without the Cialis, around 5 mins. I'm 90% sure it's because of a lack feeling and sensitivity in my glans.

I'm based in Thailand so I can't get there Man1 stuff which I heard was very good. Is there any widely available type of cream or lotion that might help?

Try lubricant with menthol.

Also, FDA approved Eroxon is available. Not sure if you can get it in Thailand.
