I have not had an accidental "flop-out". I wear shorts that are long enough or briefs/jockstraps/speedos underneath to hold everything in place.

Really, the main goal is to keep the fully exposed, out of the other thread. The other thread is for accidental views, that are caught up the shorts. It was getting over-run by intentional whip-outs, pull-downs, and show-offs, and it was bothering people, so I made this.
