Im not an OF star but I am someone who's in the health industry sex is great if you take care of yourself physically and all but it's the mental and emotional part that comes along with it. If you don't take care of that part your sex life will can slowly kill you. Daniel is probably right now just taking a break and when he is ready you will see it.
