I have no frenulum. Part of being tightly circumcised. The only sensitivity I have is around the coronal ridge. Stimulating the shaft does nothing. View attachment 95100851

Gomco clamp circumcisions, my preferred method. Note the even circumferential scar. The frenulum is usually removed. Clamp methods can create super-tight, frenulum-free results.

The Frenulum for me was a horrible thing that only caused pain. It tore twice on me, once during sex and jerking. The best thing i ever did was getting that thing sliced off completely. Why anyone would leave it one during circumcision is crazy. It just means you have to go back and get it removed as adult instead of having it done with the circumcision. Even if you not cut, it should be a requirement to remove at birth. plus i think it looks better. here's two pics during healing and the post result.
