High vs low is how far back on the shaft your circ scar is and how much sensitive inner foreskin you retain. And extremely low cut removes all the inner foreskin and puts the scar right behind the glans. Circumcisions done as an infant usually have a more faded, blurred, or indistict scar line, and often use different techniques than are typically done with adults.

This scar was thin and sharp which suggested it was probably recent and looks like the scar left by an Aleksclamp.

Your scar line is very faded and indistinct, which suggests you were cut as an infant. The V-shaped scar line on the underside means you were almost certainly cut with a Mogen clamp.

it looks like a moderately high cut (common with Mogen), and moderately loose based on the skin bunching when flaccid.
