I've almost got a six-pack, Have not figured out what to do to get that last degree? I do sit-ups holding weights behind my head, starting with a 50 pounder, ending with a ten pounder, every day. I do crunchies and double crunchies. I hold that 50 pounder over my head and bend over to the floor, than back upright, repeat until I can do no more. I eat one meal a day, and drink mostly bottled water. I do pull-ups on a door frame mounted bar. I do push-ups on eight inch bars. Hold a 50 pound weight in each hand and do side bends. Ride a bicycle for cardio. I just cannot get that last little bit that would finish it off.
Frustrating.
