London (City) Gym Recommendations

Morning all

I’m looking for a new gym. The current one is too busy first thing before work. It’s unpleasant and there is never enough space/equipment to train properly.

My office is near Liverpool Street. Looking for a gym with good equipment (eg squat racks, benches) and enough of it in the early mornings (6.30/7am) and which doesn’t go awful at peak times.

Any suggestions?

Nuffield on ropemaker street or at Barbican are decent mate. Steam rooms too
