I've been absent for a period, I've been getting over the depression, and handling a few other things. The weight gain and blotchyness from the Poison Ivy have vanished.
My daughter eloped. My son got suspended from school. My Dad, who has cancer, had a stroke, and is now blind in one eye. My wife complained a man at her job died, and all his work was sent over to here. I work a bit of OT, which is fine.
Nice week.
I think I'll await tomorrow and see...

The steroid given to me to curb the itchy effects of Poison Ivy has a side effect. Deep depression.
Stopped two days ago. I had the stuff put away. It could be useful later, but this sense of dark disquiet in me soul is very disturbing, and I eat to curb the dark feeling. A glass of wine helps a touch too.
It is lifting. I should be "okay" tomorrow. I'd rather scratch.

I'm about. I'm not enthusiastic, but I'll get over it.
What happened was while mowing the lawn, I hit some Poison Ivy, and the wind carried lots of little flakes of stuff onto my clothes.
Which I didn't know until much later. That it was Poison Ivy.
So now I'm here covered with lots of little red spots and a desire to scratch. The doctor gave me a steroid, which can boost my energy, but my wife won't deal with me.
Argh.
