Swim Kirby swim !!

I'm in search for the appropriate breakfast protein. It doesn't need to be perfect but just enough to fill me up in the morning and put a smile on my face - that should set me up for the day!

And I do keep being told breakfast is the most important meal of the day....

oooh.... my latest fad... toast and honey!
I had never had honey before, now can't keep away from it. But at least it's getting me to eat breakfast cos I usually don't!

it's 8.20am...
I have to go out in half an hour so thought I'd come here while I had my breakfast and to try and forget I have a hangover!!!
