Some of you may know, some may not, but I am into fitness and exercise. I figured after talking with other members on this site that I would plug my site here. I am a college student, but I also like spreading the word about living healthy. I mean, who wouldn't want a rock hard body to strut around and compliment their.....personality.

Finals week is this week. Hard to believe another semester is completed. I have had some interesting things happen this year. In retrospect I see that I have accomplished many things; I have lost my virginity, lost my girlfriend(s), gained high grades, gained health, and gained faith.
