No need to say goodbye to your diet! Make an acquaintance at a local business which you frequent. Drop cakes off, and receive free stuff. That's what I do with all mine. I give mine to a delicatessen and a pizza shop.

I saw on naughty's page that you might be looking for a hobby. I have an unusual suggestion: Cake decorating. I find it to be strangely relaxing considering how complicated it can be. I find it develops talents I would have sworn to you I lacked. You have small children do you not? You can involve them in your new hobby! Getting started can be a bit spendy: You need a set of tips and couplings, pastry bags, spatulas, offset spatulas, a very heavy rolling pin, a non-stick rolling pin, a flower-making kit, and you'll probably want a few cookbooks and decorating books. But once you have those things their yours. And if someone sees your cakes and wants to commission you to make them one then you can make back you investment and then some should you so choose.
