Hi Everyone.
I had a fun day today. I got up at 10.30 Im trying to not sleep in so late now. When I do it triggers my panic attacks. If you have never had one this is how I can put it. It feels like your falling off a cliff into a black hole and you cant grab onto anything. Or imagine be bolted awake in a sheer panic like you fell asleep only to remember someone close to you just died, Thats what they feel like. My Dr gave me tricks to get over them but sometimes they come around. So anyways...

Hi Everyone
Im sitting in my bed right now with Apollo "my cat" at the foot of the bed. He is sound asleep and making his lil sounds, He kinda talks snoores in his sleep. Matt is across the hall sleeping. He sometimes sleeps in his room as we call it. Its all his bedroom stuff from his old place its just nice that we both have our own space if we need it. Had a great relaxing day today. Finally got some sleep my migrane is gone. I spoke to my mom today and lord that woman reads stuff and gets it all wrong. She said I better go to the Dr soon as I may have the bird flu. I laughed and said mom thats in china and she said, Jason you never know what if someone coughed on you that had it and they didnt know they had it?. So I said,Mom I havent been to china. She cracks me up. Spoke to my Grandmother in fla today. She is doing fantastic...
