do big balls equal health problems?

Is it uncommon for my guy to have large balls? They tend to hang out of his shorts all the time, and they swing around in an odd fashion sometimes. They are huge. I just wondered if men with larger testicles tended to have health problems down the road, or they just happen to be large.

| |  It can signal endocrine problems - that's why doctors frig your balls and tell you to cough - actually that's to check for hernia, but I think they gauge your balls at the same time. If he's healthy and normal as an adult now though, he just has big balls! Lucky you. |
