my freakin modem died!

my freakin modem died so i haven't been online much... only at work (where i am right now haha). i'm getting a new one today and i should be back in business soon! i think this is why my messenger programs were acting up!
not much is really going on, but here's a few things to mention:
my finals were this past week and i passed my courses! (guess it's a good thing the modem died and i had more time to study.) i start my summer class on monday but it'll be over before i know it. now i've only two more years til graduation and thousands more to spend, woohooo!! i sooo have the money for that
lol totally joking of course! i also start my second (summer) job this weekend. while everyone is out having fun, i'll be the hostess to all the annoying customers at a restaurant! *it's my reminder of what my life would be like if i wasn't in school pursing my education.*
oh yeah! jp_philosophy and i are planning the LA meet up and we're getting together in a few weeks for a premilinary meeting to organize the offical LA meet up. if any other members in the area would like to join, please send either of us a PM and we'll fill you in on details.
and most importantly....... i'm sure most of you know i'm a big supporter of same sex rights. by now everyone has probably already heard that california is the second state to legalize same sex marriage!!!!!! yay!!!!
it was announced on may 15th and i am so happy for all my gay friends and the gay community. it's a huge triumph and the beginning of a new chapter. i'll also be showing my support at the long beach pride parade this weekend!!

| |  thanks for the comments everyone! i've missed being online too. i'm logged in at work right now, again, lol. i figured out the problem isn't my modem after all, but it's actually my internet provider (verizon). the whole area where i live has been experiencing the same problems but i can't get a verizon representative to my place until wednesday. just give me a few more days and i'll be back in business! i miss you guys and girls  |
