How would I feel about an anonymously donated bra?

Self conscious and embarrassed that someone thought my breasts needed help so badly that they'd take that step.

If it was my actual size I'd also be creeped out wondering what kind of freaky stalker goes around checking bra sizes and how the hell he found out my dimensions.


Besides which just because the numbers and letters of a bra are the same doesn't mean a bra will fit properly. Fit can vary from maker to maker and even from style to style from a single producer.

I applaud your altruism but I think the anonymous route will backfire. If it's too uncomfortable to make the gesture directly you could have her "win" a "contest".

Purchase a gift certificate at a small lingere store and have them call her to inform her that her name (entered by you along with the names of other women you know) was drawn and that she may claim her prize of whatever the gift certificate covers.

acquaintance or best gal? Lots of news stories lately too, about how most women have the wrong size bra, and that too many hours a day in a bra could be possible cause of breast cancer. Go figure.
Friend of mine in London says she has finally found the right bra that fits perfectly, but they do cost like 60 bucks apiece. She got 2, so I guess buying one as a gift might be well appreciated.

shit! a man who listens (well eveasdrops) but still listens. hey nothing wrong with purchasing something u know someone needs. but instead of getting 2 get more than one and a matching panty to go with it.

I would be pleased and a bit shocked but pleased nonetheless if a guy friend i knew purchased me a bra and panty set that i liked or at least mentioned at the time.

Well my friend (ex girl friend) in London sent me a nice photo of her newly found well fit bra and panty set. It was like pink polka dots; go figure that style out. It looked awesome, but I don't know where she found it. She just e-mailed how happy she was to have finally found the perfect fit, even at a great expense. And here I thought Victoria Secret had solved all the style and size problems for the entire world!!

As a girl that finds it hard to find bras to fit my size, I would appreciate a gift certificate more than receiving a bra that I hadn't tried on. If this woman is someone you're interested in, you could say you won a gift card and thought she'd look great in stuff from that store. Invite her shopping and for coffee, make a day of it.
