i recently started giving my partner coffee enemas over just natural distilled water.
i never use tap water as there is creepy diseases.
i started her off with a 2 quart about twice a week with distilled water only,and now every other week i give her the caffiene.
the coffee dilates the bile ducts and is a liver detox as well,so you feel abit tired after.
hence i do not give it out alot.
i have her drink alot of water afterwards as well.
cleaning the bag,hose and nozzle is easy
you just wash it with a diluted bleach,rinse well and let it dry out.
now i want a nice KLYSTRA bag!
It has been about 5 months of colonics
and she is loving them more than i expected
the klystra bag set is prolly worth it.
