My May Mission 2008 (Yes, that's alliteration)

May Mission 2008 (And On):
Eat healther and loose the extra 10 lbs that you have been so eager to loose.I lost 20-25 lbs.
I want to loose 10-15 more.
- Actually Eat
- No more fried foods
- Twice a week, a sweet
- Decrease coffee intake by half
- Increase water intake
- Exercise via jogging 3 miles, taking dogs for walk, & dancing
- Must increase the amount which it is currently being done.
- Avoid eating out
- Stick to diet when doing so
- When at work, BRING your OWN food.

| | Good plan, girl! Don't forget, watch your salt intake. Retaining water can mess with your weight loss count. And if you get bored of jogging, I'd be more than happy to run you through some different exercise routines. Work up a sweat, get your heart racing. ;) |
