Eat healther and loose the extra 10 lbs that you have been so eager to loose. I lost 20-25 lbs. I want to loose 10-15 more. - Actually Eat
- No more fried foods
- Twice a week, a sweet
- Decrease coffee intake by half
- Increase water intake
- Exercise via jogging 3 miles, taking dogs for walk, & dancing
- Must increase the amount which it is currently being done.
- Avoid eating out
- Stick to diet when doing so
