My May Mission 2008 (Yes, that's alliteration)

May Mission 2008 (And On):
Eat healther and loose the extra 10 lbs that you have been so eager to loose.

I lost 20-25 lbs.

I want to loose 10-15 more.
  • Actually Eat
  • No more fried foods
  • Twice a week, a sweet
  • Decrease coffee intake by half
  • Increase water intake
  • Exercise via jogging 3 miles, taking dogs for walk, & dancing
    • Must increase the amount which it is currently being done.
  • Avoid eating out
    • Stick to diet when doing so
  • When at work,
