Hi Everyone.
I had a fun day today. I got up at 10.30 Im trying to not sleep in so late now. When I do it triggers my panic attacks. If you have never had one this is how I can put it. It feels like your falling off a cliff into a black hole and you cant grab onto anything. Or imagine be bolted awake in a sheer panic like you fell asleep only to remember someone close to you just died, Thats what they feel like. My Dr gave me tricks to get over them but sometimes they come around. So anyways...

It always seemed like a dumb question to me. I mean, they're looking at it aren't they? Why does it need a label?
