I've finally got my body and my mind and my soul all working pretty well together. Now I get a lot of pleasure out of being in this physical body ... but it wasn't always that way ... and I heard the author of this piece interviewed, and liked a lot of what he had to say.

I don't know much about him, but I like this summary of the stuff that your body wants you to know.

PLEASE. Someone tell me that I am not about to have to dish out big bucks to keep my computer from falling apart.

I know nothing about computers, so hopefully one of you great people can help me.

Okay, here's the problem. I have this very thin hot pink line running down the right hand side, about an inch and a half in from the edge of my computer screen. It's not doing anything, but it is a bit scary, since I do not know why it is there or what it means.
