Healthy Penis/Male Health

Recent topics in the Healthy Penis Discussion have discussed Male Health and what one needs to do to be healthy to enjoy life.
In my own life I have learned that by stopping the smoking ten years ago, allowed me to regain my sexual activity vigor. I can certainly say that I do enjoy life and an abundance of sexual activity. In my mid 50s I was not very happy with my erections and my reponse time. That has all changed. Thank Goodness.
I must admit, that in my younger days, I was an avid cigarette smoker. But that all changed when I lost my sexual prowlness and looked for ways to regain my former level of sexual activity.
Summary: I am glad I gave up smoking. Did it cold turkey. My motivation: The ability to get it up and keep it up to enjoy my life.
Score: Happy old man.

 | Good for you!! I am a struggling quitter. I had quit for only a few days and I noticed my erections were harder and fuller. I am going to try again...cold turkey. |
