a slightly more thorough introduction

Hey, ladies and gents! I probably won't use the blog much here, but I thought I'd give a little more thorough introduction than the about me allows :0)

I'm a vocal music ed major (a baritone) about to start my senior year. I'll probably teach for a while, but I plan to attempt a career in performance, maybe solo, maybe a band, maybe classically, and eventually go back to school for at least a master's. I am originally from the Chicago area and central Illinois, but have since relocated to south MN for school and life. I like it here a lot, and have not developed the accent, so you can keep your Minnesota jokes to yourself

In my spare time, I listen to, perform, and attempt to write music (duh), make excellent themed playlists, play disc golf, and dabble in photography and acting, both of which I like to think I'm fairly good at. I'm insanely laid back, which also results in my being quite honest, and quite stable after I figured out some of my key truths (one of which is in my sig) this summer. I am a huge language geek, so please don't be afraid to ask me to clarify if I stop making sense--I'm probably messing with an aspect that makes me completely unintelligible, haha.
